Comments: "Even after 2 years, I still find it hard to grasp the concept of what happened on that day, that tragic day. I cannot even begin to imagine what you or any of the other survivors on this website went through. This website is thoughtfully put together and I commend each of you on your strength to be able to tell your stories of survival and will.
I was born in Queens and NY will always have a special place in my heart. My prayers go out to all the families affected by this tragedy. God bless! "

Comments: " I for one have not forgotten. I was on my way to NH when I stopped at a toll booth and the toll taker had a TV in the booth that he showed me as you were probably running for dear life. I have not forgotten, my family has not forgotten our prayers are with you. "

Comments: "I was not in NYC that day, I listened to the announcement from my car on my way into wrok. When i got there i told everyone, and we spent the day in front of the Television. I cant imagine the pain, or feelings you and the people around you felt being there. It is amazing that you have the strength to tell your story. I think this site is a great thing, And I applaud you on creating it. Giving total strangers that became family on that day a chance to regain contact with each other. My Heart goes all to all of the families of the victims, as well as the survivors of this horrible day. Its people like you, who overcome the terror and make a difference that make this country great. God Bless you all. Todd Casparius Lowell Mass. "

Comments: "This will help to remember the horrors of Sept 11. Most people think of the 2 large towers when it comes to WTC, but the Marriott was impacted by the travesty as well. God bless you all... "

Comments: "The haunting images of people jumping, from burning towers to the streets of Manhattan, the planes hitting the building, the last telephone calls from husbands/wifes to their loved ones, the collapse of the World Trade Center, and the resulting avalanche debris from which many people fled, running & choking. This was 2 years ago but still serves as vivid memories for many survivors.
We are approaching the 2 year anniversary of September 11. It is essential that we remember that fateful day and commemorate the thousands of people who lost their lives, especially the heroes who helped others escape. We must also pay respect to the many survivors who may still be haunted by memories of this day. "
